Throwback Coach Spotlight: Jenna Arndt
Meet Jenna! She is one of our most active coaches for NYC Field Days. Jenna originally moved out to NYC after law school to practice litigation as a corporate lawyer for 2 years. During that time, she fell in love with indoor cycling and group fitness and made her remember that she had originally started college with a vision of being a basketball coach, so she decided to go full circle back to the coaching dream. Since then, Jenna has taught cycling, strength and HIIT classes at boutique studios and gyms all over New York City and has become a certified run coach.

The goal… foster collaboration and bonding among the company's workforce while providing a fun and memorable experience. Let’s delve into some highlights of this awesome event.

A Throwback Field Day in photos
After an old school ‘good game’ line and group photo, the team headed to the bar to wrap up an awesome and memorable day. Our client was kind enough to leave us a 5-star review on Google…
“Our office Field Day was curated by Throwback Fitness and it was spectacular. Over 120 participants were completely engaged and walked through the event. 10/10 would recommend!!”
