Looking for new and exciting ways to build community? Let us organize a Field Day event for your team – an all-levels, in-person experience full of friendly competition and, most importantly, fun!

Just like old school recess, camp or traditional field day events, our Field Day utilizes a series of curated games to build camaraderie!

How it works:

Welcome! We usually meet at an outdoor park or venue. Throwback coaches will separate the group into color-coded teams and give a rundown of what the group can expect. Our main priority is always fun and safety.
Over 1.5-2 hours (or more), our energetic Throwback coaches will facilitate 5-8 team-based games that are customizable and require a mix of brains and brawn. No one needs to be a super athlete to have fun or win!
At the end, we tally the scores and announce the winning team, who will enjoy office bragging rights (at least until the rematch)!
