Apple Bobbing Relay (Sanitary Version)
In this twist on traditional apple bobbing, each player races across the field or room to retrieve an apple from a designated plate—using only their teeth! The individual plates keeps the challenge sanitary and prevents any contact with a shared bucket of water. Players then run back to tag the next teammate in line. The relay continues until all team members have retrieved an apple.
Apple Stacking Challenge
In this timed challenge, teams compete to see how tall they can build a tower of apples within three minutes. Each team has a set of apples and must carefully stack them as high as possible without letting the tower topple. Strategy and a steady hand are essential! When time is up, the tallest apple stack standing earns the win for that team.
Hay Bale Obstacle Course
Race through fall with a hay bale obstacle course that promises both adventure and seasonal charm! This field day game challenges participants to weave, climb, and jump over hay bales, testing their agility and endurance.
Here's an additional gameplay element. Have each team design their own obstacle course and judge based on creativity and challenge.

Pumpkin Tic Tac Toe

Players race across the room or field to place their pumpkins on the Tic Tac Toe board, aiming to get three in a row.
Each team has only three pumpkins. Once all are in play, players must strategically move one of the pumpkins to a new space to continue their path to victory. This corporate field day game combines quick thinking, teamwork, and possibly strength (depending on the size of the pumpkins!)

In this collaborative game, teams work together to create a giant spider web using string or yarn. Payers must strategize and weave their web by wrapping string around posts, stakes, or other anchors (cones or chairs work well).
The goal... design the largest, most intricate web possible within the time limit. Teams should communicate and coordinate movements to avoid tangling and ensure their web is well-constructed. The team with the most creative and complex web at the end wins.
Zombie Hunt
In this Halloween twist on classic tag, one player starts as the "Zombie" and must tag other players to turn them into fellow zombies! Once tagged, each new zombie joins the hunt, slowly growing the undead team. The last remaining "survivor" wins the game.
Add to the immersion by giving the zombies a classic, slow shuffle to make each chase suspenseful. Zombie Tag is a fun way to encourage running, strategy, and laughter as players try to escape the growing zombie horde!
Penguin Waddle Race
Waddle your way to victory in this cheeky color war relay! Players race to a designated point and back while holding a ball (or small pumpkin for a fall twist) between their knees.
If the ball drops, they have to stop, pick it up, and get it back in place before continuing.
Once a player returns, they’ll pass the ball to the next teammate to continue the relay. The first team to have all members complete the waddle wins!

Candy corn is that ubiquitous Halloween treat that you see every year... Even though it seems no one really likes it.
Rather than eat them, try out these series of color war games using this fall staple.
Candy Corn Spoon Race
Here's a fall twist on the classic egg and spoon race. Players carry a spoonful of candy corn from one side of a room (or field) to another without dropping any. If any candy corn falls off the spoon, they must go back to the starting line and try again. The team that transfers the most candy corn in a set time wins.
Candy Chopsticks
Set a pile of candy corn in the center of a table. Players take turns trying to pick up as many pieces as possible using only chopsticks. The player with the most candy corn collected after a set time wins.
Candy Corn Straw Relay
Players must pick up a piece of candy corn using suction from the straw. Competitors transfer each piece to a container on the other side of the room. The team with the most candy corn pieces transferred within a time limit wins.
Candy Corn Flick
This game is like a mini tabletop version of soccer or shuffleboard. Set up mini goals or targets on a table. Players take turns flicking candy corn pieces across the table, aiming to get them through the goals or onto specific targets.
Frisbee Curling
Bring the thrill of the Winter Olympics to the field in this mashup of bocce and curling. Teams compete to throw frisbees toward a target zone, aiming to land as close to the "button" (the center of the target) as possible.
Similar to curling, players take turns throwing their frisbees to the target with just the right amount of force and precision. The team with the frisbee closest to the center after all throws wins the round.
