Tutorial Tuesday: Kettlebell Swing

In this week's edition of Traveling Tutorial Tuesday, Java travels to the outer reaches of our solar system to demonstrate the kettlebell swing.

The kettlebell swing works the posterior chain to overcome all the negative effects of sitting to strengthen our posture. In addition to building strength in the posterior chain (hamstrings, glutes and back) the kettlebell swing is a great exercise for burning fat and improving cardiovascular endurance.
